Did you know that 1 in 100 people have a gluten or wheat intolerance. Due to this, many Coeliacs have not experienced Fish & Chips for years. This is all about to change. At Britz we are about to start offering Gluten and Wheat Free Days. The first being on Sunday 3rd December between 12:00 and 15:00. We will be offering a special menu for that day containing only items that are gluten and wheat free.

The process we have been through to get to this stage has been extensive and has involved a trip to Scotland to work with the Pioneer of 'Glu2Go' products Susan Ord from 'Land and Sea' near Falkirk.
