Britz update

We've had lots going at Britz recently. Here is a summary:

Gluten & Wheat FREE Fish & Chips - Our first day was such a success that we are having another on Sunday 4th February. Back in December we undertook the marathon task of providing Gluten and Wheat Free fish and chips. This meant a very detailed clean down and training process for all involved. With more than 1 in 100 people suffering we felt we needed to help liven up their very restrictive diet. This process started with a visit to the developers of the product, in Scotland, so as to have first hand training. This day was so well received that we have arranged another on the 4th of February 2007.

Fryers Quality Award - We have been awarded this prestigious award for the 4th time. Our certificate to commemorate this has just arrived - a great photo opportunity. To achieve this we are judged on over 200 items from the quality of our product and service to the detail of our cleaning.

Area Winner Fish & Chips Shop of the Year - Our Certificate has arrived. As this years National Chip Shop of the Year Competition comes to a close our certificate, to commemorate our title of Area Winner for Somerset, Wiltshire, Avon and Dorset, has arrived yet another achievement for the team at Britz.
